Living United in
Marine Life
Passion and Adventure
— What LUMPA stands for
Living
Living the ocean, not contemplating it. Every LUMPA experience is a full immersion, not an observation.
United
Bringing together those who know and those who want to understand. Marine knowledge is only passed on in community.
Marine Life
The ocean and everything it contains — ecosystems, cultures, skills that have evolved in contact with it.
Passion
Without passion, there is no transmission. The people we document have dedicated their lives to the sea.
Adventure
Moving toward what you don't yet know. Adventure is not a spectacle — it is a commitment.
"The ocean teaches us humility, patience and freedom. LUMPA exists to create the link between humans and the sea, transmit knowledge and act for its preservation."
LUMPA is not a surf brand, nor a travel agency, nor a social network. It is a cultural ecosystem built around one conviction: the ocean belongs to those who know how to listen to it, and their knowledge deserves to be passed on across generations.
Every experience, every story, every encounter we document is an attempt to answer one question: how do we transmit what the sea teaches us, before it disappears?
Year founded
LUMPA was born from a conviction: maritime knowledge deserves a platform worthy of it.
Documented experiences
From the Philippine Pacific to the Azores, through the Mediterranean and the North Atlantic.
Ocean practitioners
Surfers, skippers, fishermen, marine biologists. People whose entire lives revolve around the sea.
Knowledge, gestures, memory. What the sea teaches us must not be lost. We work with people who have devoted their lives to a precise skill — and we create the conditions for it to be passed on.
Lived, local, human. Never mass tourism. LUMPA experiences are built with people from the field, not with animators. The difference is essential.
For the ocean and communities. Each project strengthens the human fabric around the sea. We build lasting relationships with the territories and people we document.
