An independent organisation dedicated to ocean culture, transmission, and human connection through lived experiences.

Our work lives at the intersection of sport, culture, care, and community — rooted in real places and real people.

Justine Gros
Founder — Lumpa Organisation
I create frameworks and experiences where transmission happens through both storytelling and action — rooted in ocean practice and real places.
Through interviews, documentaries, and immersive weeks like this retreat, I explore how the ocean shapes bodies, cultures, and ways of life — and how we reconnect through presence in the water.
